Bryan Witkow

Founder & CEO
Bryan is an experienced negotiator who has specialized in representing Tenants throughout the country. His expertise is representing law, accounting, engineering, architectural, and other professional firms throughout Southern California. Bryan has closed transactions in excess of one million square feet, with many of his clients looking to him to locate additional suitable office space for their newly opened branch and satellite offices throughout Southern California.

Aaron Weiner

Executive Vice President
Aaron brings four decades of experience in commercial brokerage, development, and property management to the service of his commercial clients, guiding them through critical real estate decisions, site selection, lease negotiation, premises build out, and lease administration.  Having managed commercial portfolios on behalf of private and institutional owners for 20+ years early in his career, Aaron has an uncommonly broad perspective that enables him to deftly negotiate leases and property acquisitions on behalf of office, industrial, and retail tenants locally and nationally.

Belen’s previous experience in Commercial Property Management has given her the ability to wear many hats, which helped her acquire diverse skills, varying from construction, tenant improvement projects, tenant relations, and carefully reviewing lease documents which has aided in her success as a Tenant Representation professional.

Lorena has over 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate with a diverse background in leasing, property management, and asset management comprising of a 1.6 million square foot office portfolio in Los Angeles. Previously, she has expertly addressed issues regarding tenant concerns all while maintaining a wide perspective on tenants’ needs. With her knack for the highest quality of customer service she offers her clients invaluable advice while aggressively negotiating on their behalf.
